Can I see Kyoto on a cruise from Osaka or Kobe?
Yes. Kyoto is roughly an hour from either port by coach or train, so a full-day tour can cover two or three major temples. Shorter calls are better spent in Osaka itself.
Where do ships dock for Tokyo?
Depending on the ship and itinerary, at Yokohama or at Tokyo’s own cruise terminal. Allow travel time into central Tokyo either way.
